SENDING YOUR ORDER ....
- We are currently shipping only to customers in Australia. All orders dispatched within Australia include tracking and are shipped by Australia Post or other courier, such as StarTrack, Aramex (Fastway), Couriers Please or Qantas Freight (Air Express).

Parcels will usually be marked as “Signature Required”. If there will be no one available to sign [during business hours] and you require your parcel delivered without a signature please leave a message when placing your order to request an 'Authority to Leave' without signature (ATL). You may also specify the secure place to leave your parcel.
- During COVID-19 restrictions, many parcels will automatically be delivered without a signature.

Delivery to a P.O. Box is always with Australia Post or StarTrack.

If possible, please provide a street address in preference to a P.O. Box , as courier delivery may be up to a day or two faster than Australia Post, depending on your location.
WHEN YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES ….
- The delivery person will usually need a signature on delivery, unless you have arranged an 'ATL'.
- If there is no-one available to sign for delivery, a 'missed-delivery' card should be left by the delivery person, with instructions for re-delivery or collection. You may also receive this information by email.
