Our Story

On this site you can buy branded generic ink and toner cartridges, sourced from established and respected local Australian distributors. This is the inexpensive but reliable alternative to high priced original manufacturer products.

We began as a home-based online business in 2016, selling the Ausjet and Koala range of Inkjet papers, on eBay. Since then we have added two comprehensive ranges of locally branded Inkjet and Toner cartridges, as well as refill inks. The latest additions bring our product range approaching 1000 unique items, and include power & charging accessories as well as Label printers. Expansion into other areas of home and office technology is planned for the future.

Why do we sell ink, toner and related products? Our owner has many years of interest and experience with inkjet printers since they first became popular in the 1990's, printing photographic art to a professional standard.

Values

Our core business belief is that there is much more to online sales than simply selling at the cheapest prices. Our premium quality products at great prices are attractive to new customers, but it is the focus on personal customer service provided with every sale which keeps our customers coming back. We strive to make sure all our customers are 100% satisfied with every interaction between us.

 

Of course not every customer interaction is 'service-intensive', but we are always more than happy to provide pre-sale product advice, as well as after-sale follow-up with deliveries and technical support. If we do not personally have the answer to your technical questions, we are able to draw on the knowledge of the technical departments of our  major suppliers.

Brands

From mid-2025 the Ausjet range of consumables will no longer be available. However, we believe Q-Image and "White-Box" cartridges are two of the most reliable series of high quality inkjet and toner [non-original] cartridges available in Australia today. Q-Image have been providing printing consumables since 2003, and now provide a wide variety of reliable and high quality cartridges for Inkjet and Laser printers, including for: Brother, Canon, Epson, Hewlett-Packard, Lexmark, Fuji-Xerox and more.

Ink and toner cartridges from Q-Image and our other major sources of printer consumables are built with premium quality components (cartridge casing, electronic chip, ink, toner etc), and tested against OEM equivalent products to ensure reliability and superb quality printing. Cartridge components are sourced from quality manufacturers, mostly in USA, Japan or South Korea, while the final cartridge products are assembled in either China, South Korea or Philippines.
