SENDING YOUR ORDER ....

  1. We are currently shipping only to customers in Australia. All orders include tracking and will be shipped by Australia Post or other courier, such as StarTrack, Aramex / Fastway, Couriers Please or Qantas Freight (Air Express).
  2. Choice of shipping carrier is generally at our discretion. We will attempt to choose the fastest service available to your address, for the level of service required (i.e. standard or express).
  3. If you prefer a particular shipping method, please let us know when you place your order. For example, you may require Auspost deliveries only, because you know that no other courier operates in your area.
  4. Parcels will usually be marked as “Signature Required”. If there will be no one available to sign [during business hours] and you require your parcel delivered without a signature please leave a message when placing your order to request an 'Authority to Leave' without signature (ATL). You may also specify the secure place to leave your parcel.
  5. During COVID-19 restrictions, many parcels will automatically be delivered without a signature.This will be at the discretion of the courier company/driver.
  6. Once we have your 'ATL' we will leave your parcel in a secure place at your address, usually near the front door, or at the place you have specified.
  7. Delivery to a P.O. Box is always by Australia Post or StarTrack.
  8. If possible, please provide a street address in preference to a P.O. Box , as delivery by courier may be significantly faster than Australia Post, depending on your location. Couriers other than Auspost / StarTrack do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  9. Due to the high cost of urgent (less than 24 hour) Express deliveries to P.O. Boxes, we may contact you for your street address to provide the same serive at less cost.

 

WHEN YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES ….

  1. The delivery person will usually need a signature on delivery, unless you have arranged an 'ATL'.
  2. If there is no-one available to sign for delivery, a 'missed-delivery' card should be left by the delivery person, with instructions for re-delivery or collection. You may also receive this information by email.
  3. Please note, when you request an 'ATL' we cannot take responsibility for security of your parcel while it is left unattended at your address.

 

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM ….

  1. To return your product, you should mail your product to the warehouse address which we will provide. This is because our products come from various sources. Please do not return items to our Sydney office address, unless requested.
  2. For your convenience, in most cases we provide a Reply Paid return address, or e-mail you a Return Label. Otherwise, you may need to pay for your own shipping to return your item.
  3. For returns under Warranty, your return shipping costs are refundable, and eligible to be added to your refund total.
  4. For non-Warranty returns, your return shipping costs are non-refundable. If we have pre-paid your return shipping cost, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund an amount equal to the greater of our pre-paid postage costs, or the 10% re-processing fee.
  5. If you purchase your own return shipping, we recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
