• Multiple Colours:
• Select a Colour and Quantity, then "Add to Cart". Repeat for each Toner required,   or
• Leave the colour as Black (or any), and select the total order quantity,   then
• Customize your order by sending us a message with your choice of Colours.

• Your discounts are displayed on the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages.
• Order quantities can be changed at any time before payment.
  
• Postage options can be selected at the Checkout page

• Brands we Guarantee:
• For this listing we supply "Q-Image" branded (non-OEM) cartridges unless unavailable. Alternative brands we supply such as "Whitebox" will be of equivalent yield and quality.
• If not completely satisfied when you receive your order, any cartridge may be returned or replaced within 60 days, or within warranty period if faulty. Read below for further brand and Returns information.

• Note 1: No GST added. A standard Invoice will be emailed on request.
• Note 2: Product style and labeling may vary from photos shown. Packing box photos are for illustration only, and not matched to item.

Delivery Information

• A signature is usually required on delivery.
• Over 95% of our shipping includes complimentary tracking and insurance.
  
• Delivery to a P.O. Box is by Australia Post or Star Track Courier only. Residential and business deliveries are with the best available Courier, or Australia Post.
  
• To ensure prompt and secure delivery, even if there is no-one at home -
  
• When ordering, you may request an 'Authority to Leave' without a signature (ATL), and specify the place to leave your parcel. [Please note, if and ATL is requested, we are not responsible for security of your parcel while it is unattended.]
• If your parcel is unable to be delivered you may be notified by email, or 'missed-delivery' card at your address, with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
• International Buyers: For our best shipping rates please contact us, or request an Invoice before ordering. In many cases we are able to ship for less than the Postal rates displayed. For Economy shipping, tracking and insurance can be offered at extra cost.
